    I'm with you for an hour and a half as we personalise your feeding journey and troubleshoot the most urgent challenge that you're experiencing

  • Check in call

    I'll check in with you the following day to see how you're doing and answer any further questions that might have popped up over night

  • Upgrade for more support

    Sometimes it takes a little more time for you to find your feet and feel confident as you and baby learn a new skill. If you'd love more support, consider joining The Little Nurtured Nest that gives you more support.

Little Nurtured Nest

  • 28 days of nurtured hand holding as you find your balance with breastfeeds, pumping, bottle-feeds, feeding challenges, baby discomfort and routines

  • In home visits

    I'll see you in your home in week 1 to assess and help you establish a good foundation.

    Then I'll see you in week 3 to assess progress and make further tweaks to ensure that what you're doing works well for you

  • 1:1 online consultations

    Multiple home visits become expensive and so many small challenges are easily fixed remotely. I'll see you once a week for a proper catch up

  • Group consultations

    Learn from other mums questions and you get your own as well in our 3 group calls a week.

  • Slack support

    Get more support and a community in Slack in between the online calls and home visits
